Service and RepairTAG Systems repairs and services it's own products. Our highly technical team will assure quick and accurate service. TAG Systems will warranty it's products against manufacture defects for a period of 1 year. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Units returned for any reason after 30 days from the date of purchase will incur a shipping charge. Please include a copy of your sales receipt, if your unit is still under warranty. All repairs must be shipped to our repair center via UPS, FEDEX or DHL. Do not send via US Mail as this will delay receipt. Insure your package but DO NOT request a signature as no one may be available to sign for it when it arrives. UPS and Fedx both have access to our facility and will leave the package in a safe place. To assure quick and accurate service, please download our Service Request Form here. Complete the form and send it in with your unit. The form will explain the necessary information on payment and shipping of your unit for repair. Repairs on our out of warranty products will be charged our flat rate schedule of $55 plus $12 shipping and handling; however, additional charges may apply.
